We provide shipping all over the US and other countries. We do our best to ship the products with our best shipping providers without any issues. 

We are using leading shipping services to handle your order in the best possible way to ship in a timely manner.  

You are agreeing to use our website to place a request for the purchase of goods. You agree to be bound by our terms without transformation. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, you are advised not to use our services. 

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. You can contact us for a change in shipping address any time before order dispatch.

TERMS OF SHIPPING 

We depend on third-party logistic service providers and partners to ship your products. Orders placed before closing hours will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. 

Our warehouse operates on Monday–Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse is closed. In these examples, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. 

Shipping estimated time will be notified to the users. Also, they can check the progress of shipping on order history. 

You agree and understand that we use third-party shippers for product shipping and depend on them. We reserve the right to make any change in shipping and products on our own without letting you know.

Note: standard shipping charges are applied on other orders below $200.00 and they may vary depending on the country where you want the shipping. 

Before completing your order on the final page to place the order it will show you the shipping charges.Due to the law of government, we are unable to ship to certain places, countries, and states.

We shall notify our users at the time of placing an order or after placing an order through the e-mail notifying them that we are unable to ship in this area. You may also verify with us if this is an unserviceable area or serviceable. 

You admit that to foster fast shipping for you, you might need to provide your name, shipping, and billing address along with your contact number. 

Please note that the information shared by you is correct to ship the product, else we are not liable for any loss if you do not get your shipment. 

At the time of shipping if you are not present at the address then shipping services may not consider revisiting the shipping address. However, most of the time they reattempt to ship the goods. Maximum it might be three attempts to ship the product. Also, if the shipment is back to us and received packed and unsealed, then we can reship it after paying the shipping charges by the customer. 

We reserve the right whether to receive the return or not and make the refund for not it has conditions.

Since we do not provide shipping service so we are not responsible for any situation of shipping agents, acts, personal, or professional, deficit, wrong product shipped etc. 


Any issues like misbehaving, rudeness, filth, etc between your shipping agent and you will be handled by you.  

Hope it is clear that you will not hold us for any reason that arises between you and shipping services. We do not have control over it. After placing an order by you, we hand over that order to our shipping partners. Also, they generate a tracking number and our system sends you the same tracking number.

With the provided tracking number you can track your order status on our website initially and also on the shipping agencies’ sites.

For any lost or damaged item at the custom, we are sorry it is not in our control, however, we make sure that you should not face such issues.  

Our customer team always keep in toch with logistic services and also make sure that you get your product without any issue. Meanwhile, we are keeps in touch with shipping services so they keep updating the tracking status. 

Hope you agree that the shipping cost will not be refundable. Shipping charges are not equal it depends on the product value, product type, location of shipping etc.

Products are shipped by other third parties so we are not responsible if the tracking number if it is not working correctly due to any technical issue or any other, or failure in shipment. However, we ensure that everything is fine.

Though we may initiate a refund for shipping fees after checking the case like the damaged item, defective goods, etc, rights are reserved.
